First, the soft tissue contracts, then the collagen structure of the dermis shrinks occurs, leading to stimulation of fibroblast activity in response to trauma. Fibroblast activity stimulates elastin production and the synthesis of new collagen.

ATTIVA® gives the doctor the opportunity to use cannulas suitable for the area to be treated and, thanks to this flexibility, to
the treatment should always be effective. The device is equipped with a treatment head suitable for exodermic skin tightening and the GYNE' module suitable for vaginal rejuvenation and restorative therapy after pelvic floor surgery.
The basic configuration already includes them. The device is portable (equipped with a trolley) and practical, the integrated touch screen monitor ensures easy setting and use. The course of the treatment and its parameters can be continuously monitored through the intuitive and clear interface.

ATTIVA® also enables the treatment of taboo zones, i.e. all areas of the body that are difficult to treat with currently available technologies: upper (and lower) eyelids, very thin skin areas, hyperhidrosis, labia majora and minora (vaginal area), breasts etc.

ATTIVA® has a temperature control system that allows the doctor to work in complete safety, monitoring and knowing both the subcutaneous temperature throughout the treatment
at the point of emission and the temperature of the skin. Thanks to this feature, the doctor can act as precisely and slowly as possible, emitting exactly enough energy to the treated target tissue to achieve the best possible result.
